| No, we use ValueWeb, Inc. of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to host our websites. We have used their hosting services for over nine years and have found them to be an excellent hosting service. They currently host hundreds of thousands of websites and offer extremely high speed and redundant connections to the Internet. Their up-time is greater than 99.9% and offer outstanding 24hour support. We will set up an account for your with ValueWeb, Inc. and handle the transfer of your domain name and e-mail accounts, if any, from your previous hosting service. |

| How do you advertise my website to reach my target audience? |
| We will design a custom advertising solution to reach your target audience. We will use a combination of click-based Internet advertising, e-mail campaigns and print media to reach your target audience. The effectiveness of your website is directly proportional to the advertising effort that is expended. We will consult with you to arrive at an advertising budget that provides a positive ROI and is constantly monitored for effectiveness. |

| Do you design websites for clients in areas outside of your service area? |
| Yes, we will be happy to design websites for individuals and companies in any part of the United States. | The cost of the website is dependent on the complexity of the design, number of web pages, and whether it will be an e-commerce, informational or professional website. Simple informational websites can be created for as little as $75/page. More complex websites will be priced for the total project, with a separate option for continued maintenance. | Is a Website Development contract required? |
| Yes, once we have agreed on the project details, timeline and price, we will prepare a website development contract for you to review, sign and return with your deposit. The signed contract and a 10% deposit is required before work can begin on your project. The remainder of the project cost will be divided into equal payments spread over the timeline for the project. The final payment will become due once the website is implemented and accepted by the client. |

| What about continuing maintenance of my website developed by KCS? |
| We understand that your website must be updated periodically to stay current and to provide fresh content for the target audience. This is especially important for e-Commerce websites. We will provide continuing maintenance (additions, changes, deletions) to your website to include additions, changes, deletions to individual web pages, adding additional pages, and making other minor changes to your website for an annual maintenance fee. These type of changes will be covered under your annual maintenance fee. The annual maintenance fee will be at least 10% of the project cost. Major revisions to your website will require an additional mutually agreed expense beyond the annual maintenance fee. |
