Clean and inspect computer case, keyboard, mouse, monitor |

Check for hard disk errors and correct if possible |

|
Update Windows Operating System with latest updates |
|
|
Update and/or install Anti-Virus software (cost of software extra) |

Install Microsoft Defender Anti-Spyware software to aid in removing Spyware and preventing additional infection |

Check RAM Memory for adequate amount and speed |
|
|
Install additional memory modules if required (cost of memory modules extra) to improve system speed |

Remove viruses, spyware, adware |

Kotis Computer Service, Inc. will pickup your personal computer system(s) from your home or business, perform the Personal Computer Tune-up, and return your computer to you. If parts or software are required, they will be installed and tested. Parts and software will be added to your invoice, at cost, and will be in addition to the base fee of $99.95. We will contact you for your permission to order parts and software before they are purchased. We will service personal computers within the Mobile, Alabama metropolitan area only. We provide service to Mobile, Semmes, Chickasaw, Saraland, Daphne, Fairhope and Point Clear Alabama.
