In-home Computer Repairs and Upgrades

Kotis Computer Service, Inc. (KCS) will repair and/or upgrade your personal computer system. We have extensive experience in repairing personal computers. We will make an appointment to come to your home and/or business and pickup your computer system for repair. Minor repairs may be completed on-site. More extensive repairs will require transporting your computer to our shop for repair. We will return the computer to your home and/or business after it is repaired at no additional cost.

Our client services include:

evaluating necessary repairs for your personal computer
replacing components such as the power supply, hard disk, CD/DVD drive, monitor, keyboard, mouse
testing new components
copying disk files to new hard disk
recovering deleted files
recovering formatted hard drives
installing device drivers
removing viruses, spyware, adware
adding additional memory
adding UPS power protection
adding external backup hard disk
adding anti-virus software
upgrading monitors
upgrading Operating Software

We will personally meet with you in your home or business to evaluate your personal computer system, and help you decide on the best repair or update solution for you. We will provide an estimate for the repair or update. We will then obtain the repair parts for you, install them and configure them for your computer system. We will install the most up-to-date drivers for the component.

Most repairs will require taking your personal computer to our shop for repair. Some minor repairs and many upgrades can be made on-site. Once the equipment is repaired, we will install the equipment in your home or business.

The fee for our services will be mutually agreed upon at the time of the interview and will be dependent on the scope of the repair or upgrade project. There will be a minimum fee of $50 to repair your computer system. The cost of the equipment and software will be added to the invoice at cost. We will guarantee our repair work for 90 days.
